Robyn Dykstra is an encouraging speaker and author of “The Widow Wore Pink,” and "Seeds of Inspiration - Growing your faith."
For the first 34 years of her life, she avoided the Lord Jesus Christ. Poised to marry her college sweetheart, she accepted Jesus as her Savior at a Christmas program. But life circumstances did not allow her to be discipled and grow spiritually. Her eternal salvation was established but she was spiritually and biblically illiterate.
After 7 years of marriage, her spiritual desire was reignited with a lifelong commitment to God through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Unexpectedly, her husband died of a heart attack. She was only 40 years old.
Robyn remarried, but then the unthinkable happened and she was widowed again after only 2 years of marriage. Again, unexpectedly, Her husband died in a small-plane crash.
Being widowed twice in only four years gives Robyn a unique voice to speak on God’s love, His faithfulness in great tragedy, the power of prayer, and finding
joy in difficult circumstances.
She has been leading women to Jesus in weekly Bible studies and at women’s events, sharing her wisdom and teaching women about finding balance for everyday life, creating a fabulous legacy, the golden rules of marriage, and the importance of friendships to today’s woman.
Robyn teaches the Bible by topic or theme at retreats, conferences, special occasion events, holiday programs,
and MOPS meetings.
Robyn enjoys reading, baking, and watching videos (as long as she controls the remote). She is married, has two adult boys and lives and serves Jesus from Grand Rapids, MI.

Jeanie has published "I Can Grow Up," "God's Heartstrings- I Call His Name," and "Promise You Won't Remember; Becoming whole when pieces are missing" (her true life story of uncovering the missing pieces in her
life from childhood trauma to finding
transformation and wholeness in God. )
Jeanie’s Mission Statement is :Our roots go deeper than the person who gave us birth, they go back to the Person who gave us life.
Jeanie is certified with American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), “Caring for People God’s Way,” a lay ministry which she took into the community in Warren, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas.
She has led worship and hosted women’s retreats in North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Her music reflects her prayer language.
With no memories before age ten, Jeanie believed she would be whole if she could find all the missing pieces of her past. Mom’s mantra, Promise You Won’t Remember only served to frustrate Jeanie’s search.
After ten years of psychotherapy, she developed an addiction to counseling and later found Christ centered healing from child sexual abuse through prayer. Jeanie’s passion is praying for others and helping them find the freedom and peace they long for.
Jeanie and her husband, Michael, live in Franklin, Tennessee. They have three married children and three grands. Jeanie is a member of Otter Creek Church in Brentwood where she leads a support group for women: God’s Heartstrings: Becoming Whole
When Pieces are Missing.

and can speak from experience.
She grew up in a suburb of Chicago, adopted at five days old, and never felt like she fit in, was accepted, or truly loved. Having this background, set her up for being taken advantage of by others who were not well intentioned.
At the age of sixteen, she experienced date rape, which led her down a path of promiscuity. She lost all sense of self-worth and value. She ended up married at nineteen to an abusive alcoholic. Divorced at twenty, then moved to Florida where she married again at 28. He was all the things that seemed to be missing from herlife...... attentive, caring, giving, sensitive, honest.
With five children, she stayed busy with raising kids and homeschooling, but sensed something was off but couldn't put her finger on it. After at least fifteen years of dedicated prayer, books, and studies on marriage and conferences, nothing seemed to change. At a last ditch effort intensive, she learned about her ex-husbands sex addiction and began the journey of growth and learning to set boundaries.
As a victim of childhood sexual abuse and being a partner, she can empathize with wherever you are in your own journey, from grieving, anger, sadness, feeling crazy, and being angry at God.
